How long will it take to deliver?

UK, Australia, Canada & Europe: We estimate orders to arrive within 1-2 weeks from the date of purchase. You may experience longer shipping times during peak holiday seasons, up to 3 weeks.

US: Orders within the U.S. typically arrive within 2-3 weeks. However, orders placed during holiday periods may experience longer shipping times, up to 4 weeks.

What are your posters and framed portraits made of?

Woofy Genki pet portraits are printed on heavyweight white matte paper with a smooth, non-reflective finish, offering a polished and professional appearance and also ensuring durability and a luxurious touch.

Each portrait is framed in durable pine wood with a matte finish, sourced from renewable forests. The frames are lightweight, easy to hang. For added safety and longevity, we use shatterproof plexiglass instead of traditional glass. It’s stronger, safer, and more durable, making it the perfect choice to protect your artwork from damage while maintaining its pristine appearance.

How many pets can I have in one portrait and what types of pets do you illustrate?

You can have a maximum of three pets per portrait. We love all pets and can illustrate any of them from fish to poppies!

Can you add or remove any accessories to my pet?

we do not add accessories that are not visible in the original photo. By default, accessories such as leashes, collars, and harnesses will be removed from your portrait.

If you’d like to keep a specific accessory in the final artwork, simply leave a note during checkout or email info@woofygenki.com and we’ll try to make it happen!
